Dust-acoustic wave electrostatic and self-gravitational potentials in an opposite polarity dusty plasma system

چکیده
An opposite polarity dusty plasma system (containing inertial positive as well negative dust species and inertialess singly charged ion species) is considered. The nature of the electrostatic self-gravitational potential structures (associated with dust-acoustic waves) identified by numerical analysis two coupled second-order nonlinear differential equations. latter are Poisson’s equations for potentials, where number densities (determined from their continuity momentum equations) density Boltzmann law) substituted. It observed that under consideration supports solitary associated potentials but only potential. basic features studied. also found amplitude decreases increase in density. effects other different parameters on these identified. applications this investigation some space laboratory systems pinpointed.

Linear and Nonlinear Dust Acoustic Waves in Quantum Dusty Electron-Positron-Ion Plasma
The behavior of linear and nonlinear dust acoustic waves (DAWs) in an unmagnetized plasma including inertialess electrons and positrons, ions, and mobile positive/negative dust grains are studied. Reductive perturbation method is employed for small and finite amplitude DAWs. To investigate the solitary waves, the Korteweg–de Vries (KdV) equation is derived and the solution is presented. B...

Propagation of dust acoustic waves (DAWs) with the effect of power law dust size distribution (DSD) in a magnetized dusty plasma with opposite polarity dust is studied. Using a reductive perturbation method, a Zakharov-Kuznetsov equation appropriate for describing three-dimensional DAWs is derived. The compressive and rarefactive solitons are possible in the present model. Due to the DSD effect...
متن کاملDust-acoustic waves driven by an ion-dust streaming instability in laboratory discharge dusty plasma experiments
Dust acoustic waves DAWs are spontaneously excited in dusty plasmas produced in dc and rf discharge plasmas over a wide range of plasma and dust conditions. A common feature of these plasmas is the presence of an ion drift relative to the dust, which is driven by an electric field, Eo in the discharge. Using a three fluid model of the DAWs, including the zero order electric field and collisions...
متن کاملCharge gradient effects on modulated dust lattice wave packets in dusty plasma crystals
Nonlinear Dust lattice modes are studied in a hexagonal two-dimensional dusty plasma lattice, in presence of charge gradient of dust particles. In this lattice, such gradients affect nonlinear behavior of dust lattice waves. The amplitude modulation of off-plane transverse dust lattice wave packets is investigated considering the anisotropy of interactions, caused by the height-dependent char...

dust acoustic (da) solitary waves are investigated in an unmagnetized dusty plasma comprising of fluid warm dust particles and kappa distributed ions. we assume the electron number density to be sufficiently depleted in this fluid model, i.e., ne nd . we consider the usual ad hoc damping term, involving the damping rate due to the dust–neutral collisions; and derived the modified dis...
